Laniqua Collins Richardson signs on as Lead Editor for film Executive produced by Tyrese Gibson and Chad Chambers

EXCLUSIVE: Laniqua Collins Richardson signs on as Lead editor for the short narrative "I'm Fine". A character-driven drama led by Chad Chambers (Masters of Disasters, Tales From the Hood 2) and Kiandra Richardson (Kingdom Business, Empire) executive produced by Tyrese Gibson (Fast and Furious, Transformers).

Inspired by a true story this film examines a couple struggling to deal with the trauma of a miscarriage. First-time director Alex "X" Brown was tapped to helm the film. Celebrity Photographer Derek Banks will also be an executive producer.

The film was written by LaDarius Torrey and Chad Chambers, which landed a SAG-AFTRA exception agreement. This came before the guild modified its interim agreement policy to exclude WGA-covered projects shot in the U.S.

Donna Biscoe (Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1, Hidden Figures), Antonio Newell, and John Cola have also been cast.

Principal Photography for the film is set to begin this fall.
